Kozolchyk National Law Center welcomes Richelle Litteer
Richelle Litteer has been named vice president of development for the Kozolchyk National Law Center. Her primary responsibility will be to cultivate existing relationships and develop new relationships in order to raise funds to support the mission of the Center and grow its potential reach.
Litteer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, and a Master’s in Business Administration. Originally from Georgia, she has lived in Tucson for 25 years, working as a top–level marketing, sales and fundraising professional for local, regional and national corporations. Most recently, Richelle was the primary fundraiser for Diamond Children’s Hospital. Her team’s efforts contributed to the successful completion of a $30 million dollar capital campaign to open a new Diamond Children’s Hospital.
Mark Wade nominated for National Manager of the Year
Mark Wade, Sun City Oro Valley Community Association General Manager, was nominated as a top-10 finalist in the on-site manager category for National Manager of the Year. Wade has been with Sun City Oro Valley since December 2016. He has managed large-scale communities in Utah and Arizona for nearly 21 years.
The award recognizes excellence and professionalism of the best managers in the nation. Wade holds multiple certifications through the Community Association Institute and has taught certification classes. The National Manager of the Year winner will be named this month.
TC Tolbert receives Academy of American Poets Laureate Fellowship
T.C. Tolbert, poet laureate of Tucson and lecturer at the University of Arizona, was named an Academy of American Poets Laureate Fellow. Tolbert will receive a $100,000 award in recognition of their literary merit and to support civic programs. Tolbert is one of 13 state or local poets laureate nationwide to be honored.
With the fellowship funds, Tolbert will conduct a series of workshops with trans, non-binary and queer, or TNBQ groups, primarily youth, and create a series of public installations highlighting voices and issues across Tucson.
Madden welcomes Katie Bailey
Katie Bailey has been selected as market development strategist for the Madden Media Arizona Marketing Development team. She oversees operations of Madden owned publications, Tucson Guide, Phoenix Valley Guide, and Phoenix Valley Map, and Madden’s online properties, VacationistUSA and VisitGayUSA. Her efforts are focused on the evolution and success of these product lines. Katie works closely with clients to communicate feedback and ensure products are meeting advertiser needs.
Bailey’s extensive career background brings over 15 years of experience in advertising that is key to providing the type of goal-defined solutions necessary for business growth for local clients.
