Rachel M. Sass appointed to Casa de la Luz Foundation Board

The Casa de la Luz Foundation has recently appointed Rachel M. Sass as a new board member.

Sass, whose three-year appointment began in April 2019, is an estate planning attorney with Snell and Wilmer. Prior to becoming an attorney, Rachel worked as a care coordinator at an in-home care agency, an experience which she said made her aware of end of life care and the emotional difficulty that comes with that process.

“What impressed me most about the foundation is how they empower people to take control of their end of life experience,” Sass said.
