Rio Nuevo Multipurpose Facilities Distributors purchased a 12,686-square-foot office space from New Dekel, LLC at 2221 E Broadway Blvd. David Montijo, Damian Wilkinson, and Ian Stuart of CBRE’s Tucson Office represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.
Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart renewed its lease for 3,550 feet at Foothills Corporate Center, 3430 E. Sunrise Drive from United Insurance Company of America. David Volk of CBRE represented the landlord. John Pierson of JLL Americas represented the tenant.
