Six parcels of Arizona State Trust Land appraised at a combined $14.26 million were set for auction by the Arizona State Land Department this month. Five of the parcels are near Tucson, one is in Phoenix, and all together total 81 acres of land.

If all six were auctioned as planned, the appraised value of at least $14.26 million would be invested in the State’s Permanent Land Endowment Fund for the benefit of K-12 public education, according to Arizona State Land Commissioner Lisa A. Atkins.

Five parcels totaling about 30 acres are located near Tucson Mountain Park, southwest of Tucson, and were scheduled to be auctioned on Tuesday, Nov. 6. According to a press release, the minimum bid for all five parcels was $259,000, their combined appraised value. If there were no bidders for the combined parcels, the individual parcels will be auctioned.

Northwest Rheumatology, PLLC leased 2,599 square feet at 1925 W. Orange Grove Road. Phil Skillings and Andrew Sternberg with NAI Horizon represented the landlord. Lori Casey with Oxford Realty Advisors, Inc. represented the tenant.

NextGen Engineering leased 800 square feet at 2424 E. Broadway Boulevard. Andrew Sternberg with NAI Horizon represented the landlord.

Levels Auto Sales leased 2,164 square feet at 1500 N. Oracle Road. David Blanchette with NAI Horizon handled this transaction for the landlord.

Diamondback Collision leased 6,734 square feet at 5450 S. Arcadia Ave. David Blanchette with NAI Horizon represented the landlord. Brandon Rodgers with Cushman Wakefield | PICOR represented the tenant.

10th Street 12, LLC purchased 10th Street Apartments, a 12 unit complex located at 804 & 860 E. 10th St. from Jalan Sepuluh, LLC for $1 million. Allan Mendelsberg with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.  

Gould Family Properties VIII, LLC purchased Pima Street Apartments, a 12 unit complex located at 5739-5755 E. Pima Road from Brian & Lauretta Kunz for $735,000. Allan Mendelsberg with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled the transaction.  

25Jac Properties, LP purchased a 13,032-square-foot specialized residential facility building at 1835 W. Anklam Road from Long Far Investments, LLC for $650,000.
