The JW Marriot Starr Pass Resort & Spa lobby was recently renovated as part of a $3.5 million project.

The JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa recently completed a host of property renovations, including improvements to its spa, lobby, market and retail offerings.

“It’s been an exciting year to watch all of these enhancements unfold and come to fruition,” said general manager Russ Bond, in a statement. “We are always striving to stay relevant and ahead of industry trends, while at the same time, listening to our guests’ feedback and creating a signature JW Marriott experience for them on every level.”

The resort’s 20,000 square-foot Hashani Spa underwent changes including design, new furniture and equipment and a resurfacing the spa’s private, adult’s only saline pool, cabanas, decking and hot tubs. The spa’s third level entry was also renovated into a reception area.

The resort’s lobby was also redesigned, and a larger Starbucks was built on the upper level.

Exterior enhancements included re-roofing the entire resort and painting the exterior of the resort building.

Jon L. Stone and Mary E. Stone purchased a 4,004-square-foot, 80-unit apartment complex located at 2627 E. Grant Road from Todd H. Dunaway and Jiliane F. Thiers for $400,000.
