Pima Council on Aging purchased the 15,000-square-foot office building located at 600 S. Country Club Road for $1,755,000.Dave Volk of CBRE Tucson, Inc. represented the buyer and David Montijo and Ian Stuart, also of CBRE Tucson, represented the Seller.

Monika Szumilak dba: Freedom Therapy leased 794 square feet of office space located at 190 W. Magee Road, Ste. 172 from WVLC, LLC. Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the landlord.

Subway Real Estate Corp. leased a 1,350 square feet at 3999 E. Grant Road from STROMIGA Partnership and ROLL-IT, LLC. Nancy McClure represented the landlord. The tenant was self-represented.

Heating and Cooling Supply, LLC renewed its lease for 28,500 square feet located at 2301 S. Friebus Ave. from Friebus Investors, LLC. Jesse Blum of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the tenant. Brandon Rodgers of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord.

Nikon Research Corporation of America renewed its lease for 5,190 square feet located at 12490 N. Rancho Vistoso Blvd from A Bar A LLC. Mike Boyle, an executive with Nikon, represented the tenant. 

Symboticware Corp., LLC leased 2,039 square feet located at 2500 N. Pantano Road from North Pantano Associates, LLC. Hank Amos of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the landlord. Theresa Amos of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Management Services, LLC represented the tenant.

Arizona Pipeline Company leased 2.13 acres at 2475 W. Placita Desierto Morado from T DVLP, LLP. Max Fisher and Ron Zimmerman with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction. 

Bath Planet of Tucson, LLC sub-leased 14,500 square feet at 1861 W. Grant Road, Ste. 105 from Custom BackOffice Solutions. Max Fisher and Ron Zimmerman with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.  

Iglesia Cristo Vive leased 9,180 square feet at 3960 N. Stone Ave. from HMF Investments, LLC. Greg Furrier and Dave Hammack with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord. Manuel Gadea with Tierra Antigua represented the tenant. 

Rosemont Copper Company renewed its lease for 5,376 square feet at 230 E. 27th St., Ste. 101 from Tin Cup Properties, LLC. Ron Zimmerman with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord. Tim Healy with CBRE represented the tenant.

Mears Group, Inc. leased 4,320 square feet at 6138 S. Nogales Highway from Shell Investments, LLC. Max Fisher with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.
