GK Company, LLC dba: Variety H20 + Ice Cream leased 1,220 square feet located at 6330 E. Golf Links Road from GK Company, LLC. Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC represented the tenant. the Rob Tomlinson and Greg Furrier of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord. 

20th St. 691, LLC purchased 26,968 square feet located at 602 E. 24th St. from Builder Services Group, Inc. for $940,000. Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, and Paul Hooker, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller. Pat Welchert with Alpha Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer.

Pilkington North America, Inc. renewed its lease for 13,735 square feet located at 3850 E. 44th St. from CJ Southwest Property Partners, LLC. USA – Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District leased 2,800 square feet located at 245 S. Wilmot Road. Rick Borane and Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented the landlord.
