Presson Corporation purchased a 72,190-square-foot industrial property located at 4901 to 5069 E. 29th St. from Dybvig Pima County, LLC for $3,075,000. Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the buyer. Jonathan Jump with Jump Ventures, Inc. represented the seller. 

The River 5, LLC purchased a 3,926 square feet located in Mesquite Corporate Center, 1640 E. River Road from the George and Jane Caughman Family Trust for $778,989. Thomas J. Nieman with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller. Brenna Lacey with VOLK Company represented the buyer.

Gary and Vicktoria Weessies purchased Roger Apartments located at 220 W. Roger Road ($316,670), 234 W. Roger Road ($316,665), and 238 W. Roger Road ($316,665), from Brandon B. Matheson. Allan Mendelsberg, Logan Nagel and Zach Stone with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller. Laura Grijalva with Grijalva Realty Corp. represented the buyer.

Nutrition One, LLC purchased a 4,005-square-foot retail property located at 2537 N. Stone Ave. from New Phoenix Investments, LLC for $295,000. Ron Zimmerman and Rob Tomlinson with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller. Kevin Volk with Volk Company represented the buyer.

RKMHD Productions, LLC and Roger H. King leased a total of 3,120 square feet of industrial space located at 4175 S. Fremont Ave., Ste. 101 from Doubletree Investments, Inc. Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, and Stephen D. Cohen with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.

Dirk Newman, DDS, PC, leased 2,868 square feet of office space in Grant Road Professional Plaza, 5977 E. Grant Road, Ste. 115 from Double Z Grant Medical, LLC. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, and Thomas J. Nieman with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord. Zdravko Manov with GILE Healthcare Real Estate represented the tenant.

General Nutrition Corporation dba: GNC renewed its lease for 1,499 square feet of retail space in Campbell Plaza, 2952 N. Campbell Ave. from DSW JCR Tucson Retail Owner, LLC. Greg Furrier and Dave Hammack with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord.

JTG Painting, Inc. leased 1,200 square feet of industrial space in Grant Interstate Commons, 1101 W. Grant Road, Ste. 206 from Sloat Family Partnership, LLLP. Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, and Stephen D. Cohen with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord.

I-Hope Medical Transportation Group, L.L.C. leased 1,402 square feet of office space located at 4400 E. Broadway Blvd., Ste. 403 from 4400 Broadway, LLC. Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the landlord.

Majestyk Tucson, LLC purchased 2530 to 2532 S. Harrison Road and 9425 E. Golf Links Road from Trinum Properties, LLC, consisting of approximately 3,200 square-feet of retail space. Frank Arrotta of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the buyer and the seller. Majestyk Tucson, LLC was self-represented.
