Sales and Leases

The McCallister Company leased 2,220 square feet located at 2920 N. Swan Road. Ben Craney, Andrew Sternberg and Phil Skillings with NAI Horizon represented the tenant and landlord.

Mamas Amore, LLC leased 3,511 square feet located at 12130 N. Dove Mountain Blvd. Jayme Fabe with NAI Horizon represented the tenant.

Flores Concepts dba: CharroVida leased 3,743 square feet restaurant located at 7109 N. Oracle Road. Paul Schloss with NAI Horizon represented the tenant.

Flores Concepts dba: El Charro Café renewed its lease located at 7725 N. Oracle Road. Paul Schloss with NAI Horizon represented the tenant.

Santa Fe Leather Repair & Retail, Inc. leased 1,184 square feet located at 12925 N. Oracle Road. Dave Dutson and Ben Craney with NAI Horizon represented the landlord.

Blessing Society, LLC leased 886 square feet located at 4400 E. Broadway Blvd. from 4400 Broadway, LLC.  Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the landlord.

FLM, LLC purchased a 3,000-square-foot space located at West Valencia and South Indian Agency roads for $2.6 million from Steamroller PAD LLC. Brenna Lacey and Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the seller. Jim and Craig Kovaleski with CBRE represented the buyer.

R&R Real Estate LLC purchased a 6,106-square-foot building located on 59,516 square feet of loand located at 5341 E. Speedway Blvd. from Allstate Speedway LLC for $1.1 million. Rick Borane and Brenna Lacey of Volk Company handled the transaction.

Sage Tucson, LLC purchased a 5,069-square-foot building located at 4625 E. Grant Road from Thomas and King Real Estate, LLC for $1.05 million. Brenna Lacey of Volk Company handled the transaction.
