Jeffrey S. Little purchased 16,830 square feet located at 6420 E. Broadway Blvd., in the El Mercado Office Plaza, for $2.5 million. Jon O’Shea, Rob Fischrup and Eric Lamb of VAST brokered the deal. The seller was Wilmont 310.

West Ina Center Marana Arizona, LLC purchased an 8,917-square-foot retail building on 43,000 square feet of land located at 3662 W. Ina Road for $3.15 million from Ina Meredith L.L.C. Kevin of Volk Company and Pete Villaescusa of CBRE represented the seller. Rob Tomlinson of PICOR represented the buyer.

Nvest, Inc leased 6,436 square feet of office space located at 100 N. Stone Ave., in the Pioneer Building, from Holualoa Pioneer, LLC. Trevor Pratt of JLL represented the tenant. Bruce Suppes and David Volk of CBRE represented the landlord.

Pyramid Federal Credit Union leased a 3,931 square feet of office space located at 6725 E. Broadway Blvd. from Alpine Chalet Apartments, LLC. CBRE’s Nancy McClure represented the tenant. NAI Horizon-Tucson office represented.

WSB Tucson Financial Center leased 3,304 square feet of office space located at 1636 N. Swan Road from K Nardelli Building, LLC. Janine Irvin of Mark Irvin Realty represented the tenant. Bruce Suppes and Ian Stuart or CBRE represented the landlord.

Presidio Surgical Group leased 1,921 square feet of office space located at 2055 W. Medical Hospital Drive, in the Northwest Professional Plaza, from Windrose Northwest Professional Plaza Properties. Vicki Teeple of Tango Commercial represented the tenant. Bruce Suppes and Dave Volk of CBRE represented the landlord.

Bi Bim Bap Korean Restaurant leased 1,360 square feet of retail space located at 4951 E. Grant Road, in the Crossroads East Shopping Center, from Machado Properties Crossroads East. Pelican 9th, LLC purchased Sonoran on 9th Apartments, a 26 unit complex located at 814 and 838 E. Ninth St. for $4,550,000 from SVP Holdings, LLC. The multifamily team of Allan Mendelsberg and Daniel Leibsohn with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.

Vista Hermosa Apartments, LLC purchased Vista Hermosa Apartments, a 57 unit complex located at 3066 N. Balboa Ave. for $1.9 million from FMTV, LLC. The multifamily team of Allan Mendelsberg and Daniel Leibsohn with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.  

Vista Hermosa Apartments, LLC purchased Mi Casitas Apartments, a 47 unit complex located at 252 W. Valencia Road for $1.5 million from Valencia Tucson, LLC. The multifamily team of Allan Mendelsberg and Daniel Leibsohn with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.  

Alex Rudnitsky purchased a 7,400 square-foot retail building located at 16256 N. Oracle Road for $590,000 from Berg Family Living Trust. Aaron LaPrise with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.  

SMI Imaging, LLC renewed its medical office lease for 4,000 square feet located at 4566 N. First Ave., Ste. 100 from Rose & Friedman Investments, LLC. Rick Kleiner, MBA with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord. Kathleen Morgan with Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.
