Joshua Plowman Insurance dba: Farmers Insurance leased 600 square feet of office space located at 2921 E. Ft. Lowell Road, Ste. 107. Andrew Sternberg and Gordon Wagner with NAI Horizon represented the landlord. Bruce Suppes with CBRE represented the tenant.

DAMCO Arizona Properties LLC purchased a 9,000-square-foot building and 54,450 square feet of land located at 6780 N. Sandario Road from DCM Development, L.L.C. for $1,748,375. Dave Hammack of Volk Company represented the seller. 

Maximum Impact Physical Therapy Services, LLC leased 3,300 square feet at 1686 W. Valencia Road, Ste. 200 from HAM Midvale L.L.C. David Hammack of Volk Company Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord. James Hardman of DSW Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

Purple Sand, LLC purchased a 2,953-square-foot office building located at 2447 N. Stone Ave. from Liberty Metal Framing & Drywall, Inc. for $182,500.
