Kactus Investments LLC sold 1,497 square feet of office space located at 6700 N. Oracle Road #501 and 502 to PBC Investments, LLC for $239,250. Alex Hardie with CBRE’s Tucson Office represented the seller. John Hamner of Re/Max Excaliber represented the buyer.

Elite Medical Experts leased 3,792 square feet of office space from Swan/Skyline Plaza, LLC located at 6450 N. Swan Drive, at Top of Swan Offices. Jeff Casper of CBRE Tucson represented the landlord. Eric Danielson of DL Real Estate Services and Tom Hunt of Tango Commercial represented the tenant.  

Spirit Halloween Superstores leased three retail spaces totaling 53,764 square feet as a seasonal pop-up tenant at the following locations: A 21,535-square-foot space owned by K-GAM Broadway Wilmot LLC, at 6230 E. Broadway Blvd, #100. an 18,382-square-foot space at Saguaro Shopping Center, 5975 E. Broadway Blvd. The landlord is KGAM Saguaro Properties, LLC.. and a 13,845-square-foot space at 4625 N. Oracle Road, owned by Daniel Beringhause Trust. Nancy McClure with CBRE Tucson represented the landlords in all three transactions. Torrey Briegel with Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the tenant.

Cloud Slingers, LLC leased approximately 1,097 square feet of office space from the S. Leonard Scheff & Susan Scheff Revocable Living Trust. Frank Arrotta of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the tenant. Batoun Herrington of Chapman Management Company represented the landlord.

6455 Box Springs Blvd., LLC purchased a 161,212-square-foot industrial building at 705 E. Ajo Way from Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc. for $13,300,000. Stephen D. Cohen and Michael Hammond, SIOR, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller.  Art Day with CBRE represented the buyer. 

Reeve Family Trust purchased Riata Court Apartments, a 16-unit complex located at 2875 E. 6th St. from Riata Court Apartments, LLC for $2.8 million. Allan Mendelsberg with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.  

Villa Sorrento, LLC purchased Villa Sorrento Apartments, a 60-unit complex located at 334 W.  Valencia Road from Packjak Properties, LP for $2.1 million. Allan Mendelsberg with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.  

Jay Umiya DG, LLC purchased a 9,100 square foot building at 7440 S. Wilmot Road from DCM Development Company, LLC for $1.9 million. Dave Hammack with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller. Mark McLoone with Retail Investment Group, LLC represented the buyer.

Gould Family Properties VIII, LLC purchased La Paloma Apartments, a 28-unit complex located at 3050 N. Second Ave. from 3050 N. 2nd Ave., LLC for $1.1 million. Allan Mendelsberg with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.  

Wildcat 5601, LLC purchased Annandale Apartments, a 35-unit complex located at 5601 E. Fifth St. from JCAZ, LLC for $996,000. Allan Mendelsberg with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.  

Cummings Plumbing, Inc. purchased a 1,680-square foot building at 6107 N. Travel Center Drive from Frost Holding Company, LLC for $600,000. Ron Zimmerman with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the buyer. Jeramy Price with Volk Company represented the seller.

Desert Doors Holdings, LLC purchased a 4,017-square foot building at 5524 E. Fourth St. from Ramparts Investments 3, LLC for $215,000. Ryan McGregor, Stephen D. Cohen, Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS and Tom Nieman with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR handled the transaction.
