The Paradiso Lounge

The Paradiso Lounge at Casino Del Sol has found a new home within the casino.

The all-new Paradiso Lounge is officially open.

Casino Del Sol, The Sol of Tucson, has a brand-new Paradiso Lounge. The property has relocated the music venue to a fully renovated private room, complete with a full bar, lounge tables and couches, a stage, full-size video wall and more than 15 televisions.

The lounge was relocated inside the Casino, at the end of Streetscape, next to the Bingo Hall. The lounge will still showcase fabulous live entertainment. Thursday nights will feature tribute bands, and Friday and Saturday nights are reserved for various live music acts. On Sundays, it’s all about football. Watch all the football action all day long on the huge video wall.

Additionally, the new Paradiso Lounge will be available to rent out for private parties and events for groups ranging from 100 to 350.

“Paradiso Lounge has undergone a complete makeover, and we’re so excited for our guests to enjoy live music and football action in the sleek and beautiful space, and throw their own parties too,” said Kimberly Van Amburg, CEO of Casino Del Sol. “We are always striving to offer our guests the very best, and debuting the new Paradiso Lounge is proof of that.”

NAI Horizon represented the seller, the Elizabeth McCuistion Living Trust of Ladera Ranch, Calif., in the transaction that includes 4,505 sqaure feet of improvements (2,633-square-foot vacant building; 1,872-square-foot, leased restaurant) and 23,092 square feet (.53 acres) of leased parking space.

“There is a strong demand for existing properties and development land on major thoroughfares like Speedway that are close to the University of Arizona,” Blanchette said. “It is rare to see this much property offered for sale on Speedway. The sellers have owned the property for several years and decided that the time was right to sell and reinvest. It will be exciting to see how the new owners develop the property.”

The free-standing retail building on 2902 E. Speedway is centrally located west of Country Club Road. It formally housed Sav-On Flowers. The restaurant space at 2910 E. Speedway is currently leased to Los Betos Mexican restaurant.

The buyer, 2902-2952 E. Speedway, LLC of Tucson, was represented by John Ash of CBRE.
