·      -Meet the Artist: Tohono O’odham basket weaver Elena Mendez. Elena learned the art of weaving miniature horse hair baskets at the age of 14. She continues the tradition of making baskets and would like to share her knowledge with others so they can know her culture and also know how to make baskets.

·      -Raffle benefiting NS/S: Tickets available for purchase for a chance to win a Oaxacan carved “Prancing Horse” by Enrique Ramirez. Proceeds from raffle support the Native Seeds/SEARCH nonprofit mission
