Diventare cuoco in cucina is Italian for, "Become a good cook in the kitchen." That’s the result when Certified Executive Chef Barry Infuso shares recipes and secrets from his Italian grandmother.

Thanks to TV and the internet, interest in cooking is starting earlier than ever and kids’ fascination of what goes on in the kitchen has only increased with everyone at home.

On the menu: Deep dish pizza topped your way, gnocchi, six ingredient tomato sauce, and ice cream made in a bag. The results will be incredibilmente delizioso, with Sunday supper just like Chef Barry’s nonna would make.

Since classes involve using heat, pots/pans, tools, etc., adult supervision and involvement is necessary. Only you can determine the appropriate level of supervision and assistance your child needs. Our kids classes for ages 8-12 assume a mix of parent participation and close supervision. Please make sure your child wears an apron and closed toe shoes.
