Rio Rico building strikes LEED gold
The General Services Administration office building in Rio Rico has been awarded LEED Gold certification. This certification, awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council under its Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program, identifies and rewards best practices for a building’s energy, water and natural resource performance.
The building was a joint project of Rob Paulus Architects, Imperial Group / Nogales Imperial LLC, Epstein Construction, and Rabobank, NA.
