Agero call center seeks to add 200 employees

Agero is the name of a call center operation specializing in automotive services, after a combination of Cross Country Automotive Services with ATX Group.

Under the name Agero, the company is offering private-labeled, turnkey solutions for driver assistance programs provided by automotive manufacturers and insurance companies. Through its two previous companies, Agero lays claim to nearly 40 years of business prodiving three lines of services: telematics, or connected vehicle services, roadside assistance and claims management.
